Shipping & Returns
All paintings will be shipped safely and securely and are despatched within 5 working days. Delivery time depends on your location.
If you have special requirements, such as an urgent timeframe, contact us and we will work out a faster delivery.
The customer is liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it is a matter between you and your local customs agency.
Artworks bought can be returned for 14 days with the exception of sale items in the same condition as when received. A possible exchange or return can happen either by personal return to our studio or by insured post, where the expense is incurred by the sender.
If you want to return your purchase, you need to contact by writing an e-mail to email@example.com and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your painting so as it arrives in good condition.
Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days although please allow up to 14 days. Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs for any orders, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
There is no return on commission pieces.
